Who unfollowed me on Instagram — free, with no trial or card

Full step-by-step: getting your Instagram export
- 1Go to instagram.com and open Settings
- 2Navigate to Account Centre → Your information and permissions
- 3Click Export Your Information, then Create Export
- 4Select your account and choose Export to Device
- 5In Customise Information untick everything except Followers and following
- 6Set format to JSON, date range to All Time, then Start Export
- 7Wait for Instagram to process, then download the zip file
- 8Extract the zip and find followers_1.json and following.json in connections/followers_and_following
