    Upload Your Instagram Data

    Upload your followers and following JSON files from Instagram's data download. Your data is processed locally and never leaves your device.

    How to get your data (best via web browser):

    1. 1Go to instagram.com and open Settings
    2. 2Navigate to Account Centre → Your information and permissions
    3. 3Click Export Your Information, then Create Export
    4. 4Select your account and choose Export to Device
    5. 5In Customise Information untick everything except Followers and following
    6. 6Set format to JSON, date range to All Time, then Start Export
    7. 7Wait for Instagram to process, then download the zip file
    8. 8Extract the zip and find followers_1.json and following.json in connections/followers_and_following

    Upload Followers File

    followers_1.json (add followers_2.json etc. if your export has them)

    Upload Following File

    following.json
