Refund & Cancellation Policy

ByeBud is provided by Origin Collective Limited (company number 16566341).

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content without giving a reason.

Because ByeBud unlocks your full results immediately after payment, you will be asked to confirm at checkout that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose your 14-day cancellation right once the content is unlocked. If you do not confirm this, we cannot provide immediate access to the full results.

If you experience a technical fault (for example, payment taken but results not unlocking), contact us via our contact page and we will investigate and refund you if the service was not provided as described.

This policy does not affect your other statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
